Ultrafiltration membranes


Ultrafiltration is presented as the most efficient barrier for suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, endotoxins and other pathogens to produce high purity water and low SDI. It is used as pre-treatment of surface water, seawater, and biologically treated prior to demineralization membrane systems, such as reverse osmosis and nanofiltration effluent. Our plant employing hollow fiber membranes (outside-in). Ultrafiltration membrane filters using usual pore sizes of 1 to 10 nm that can remove particles as small as particles protein macromolecules.


  • Removes effectively most colloids, enzymes, microorganisms and endotoxin particles above their nominal size, keeping above ultra filter surface

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)


Advanced MBR membrane bioreactor systems for treatment of municipal and industrial water recycling and reuse of waste water for industrial or domestic use. The effluent is characterized by a low level of suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and the retention of trace elements, making it ideal for direct discharge into sensitive environmental areas system. Technology membrane bioreactor (MBR) can be defined as the combination of two processes; biological degradation and membrane separation, only one in which the suspended solids and microorganisms responsible for biodegradation are separated from the treated water by a membrane filtration unit.
