FLUINAMICS FLUVAC series are single-stage freshwater generator with a capacity up to 35 t/d, for marine,offshore & onshore applications. consists of a chamber with two titanium plate packs acting as an evaporator and a condenser respectively.
A vacuum of 85-95% is maintained in the system by a brine/air ejector. Seawater evaporates at a temperature of approximately 40°C due to the vacuum condition as it passes between the plates of evaporator heated by hot fresh water from the engine jacket cooling system, or by steam.

The basic pack includes:

• Casing with cover & Demister in stainless steel.
• 25  µm PP micro filtration
• Titanium Condenser and evaporator plates.
• Bronze     combined air and brine ejector.
• Chemical dosing unit with tank.
• Control panel with the system´s key parameters
• Instrument panel of control (pressure gauge, flown meters, safety valve...)
• IE3 high efficiency motor.
• Conductivity monitor with valve arrangement.
• Unsafe water returned to suction line of sea water ejector.
• Two (2) instructions & maintenance manuals in English language.
• Factory Acceptance Test Certification

Optional accessories to  customize your system:

• Bronze Seawater pump including electrical motor.
• Rehardener & pH adjustment filter for the distillate water.
• UV / Chlorination dosing unit for disinfection of the distillate water.
• Pre-heater.
